Description
Astral Tides is the game we have created in the cadre of the 2016 edition of the Ubisoft Gamelab contest.
The goal of the contest was to create a working game prototype with specific constraints, notably two systems with three mechanics, with the chosen theme being 'Ocean'.
Our game is a 3rd person adventure, with a very mellow contemplative mood. You play as Qilak, the celestial spirit, who must retrieve stars from constellations that fell from the sky. In Qilak's wolf form, you can howl at the moon to control the oceanic tides
